Lyf F1 Plus smartphone launched in India
Reliance Retail’s Lyf F1 Plus smartphone launched in India. The Lyf F1 Plus is priced at Rs. 13,099, and it is available via e-commerce website Snapdeal. Moreover, a report hints that Lyf Water 9 has been unveiled with the price tag of Rs. 8,499. As of now the company has not made any official announcements regarding any of the mentioned smartphone.
Similar to the other Lyf smartphone, the new Lyf F1 Plus comes with 4G LTE bands and also supports VoLTE with HD voice call compatibility. The handset is dual-SIM that features a 5.5-inch HD AMOLED display with 1080×1920 pixel resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and supports 4G connectivity only on a single SIM card slot at a time.
The smartphone is powered by 1.6GHz octa-core processor paired with 3GB RAM. The Lyf F1 Plus offers an internal storage capacity of 32GB which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
For connectivity, the F1 Plus offer GPRS/EDGE, GPS, 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The smartphone packs a battery of 3200mAh, which the company claims to offer up to 4.2 hours of talktime and up to 350 hours of standby on the 4G network. The smartphone weighs 152g.

On the other hand, the rumoured Lyf Water 9, sports a 5.5-inch HD display and 2.5D DragonTrail glass on top. The smartphone is said to be powered by octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. The handset also offers storage expanding option via microSD card. Lyf Water 9 features a 13-megapixel primary camera along with dual LED flash and a 5-megapixel front snapper for selfies and video calling. The smartphone is expected to run on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
