Micromax recently listed a new Canvas Spark 4G smartphone

Micromax recently listed a new Canvas Spark 4G smartphone on its official website. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs. 4,999, and will be available exclusively on Snapdeal. The e-commerce platform has already started taking registrations, though the Micromax Canvas Spark 4G is all geared up to go on sale from 10th November 12 pm IST.

It is to be noted that Micromax has not made any official announcement regarding this smartphone yet. The Canvas Spark 4G is a new addition to Micromax’s Canvas Spark line up, and its main highlight is connectivity. The smartphone feature 4G VoLTE support and packs with the Reliance Jio Welcome offer. It comes with a new metal back cover and runs on the Android Marshmallow out-of-the-box. The smartphone is a more redefined variant of the Canvas Spark which was released in April last year. Notably, it was also priced at Rs. 4,999.

As for the specifications of Micromax Canvas Spark, the Snapdeal reveals that the handset sports a 5.5-inch IPS display along with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and is paired with 1GB of RAM. The Canvas Spark 4G offers an internal storage capacity of 8GB and as mentioned above, runs on Android Marshmallow out-of-the-box.

Coming to the optics, the Canvas Spark 4G features a 5-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. There is only Gold and White colour combination smartphone that was listed on the website, but the company could announce more options on the launch day.

The Micromax Canvas Spark 4G supports dual SIM. Connectivity options included in the Canvas Spark 4G are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and 4G (with the assistance for Band 40 used by LTE networks in the country).
