Blackberry android handset codenamed as Rome & Hamburg Specifications
John Chen, CEO of Blackberry earlier stated that the company is set to create two Android–based smartphones by 2016 after the launch of Blackberry Priv last year. When Priv was first revealed it was a big deal. Primarily, because it was the first phone by Blackberry which supported Android and another reason was that it tried to do a couple of things differently.
The ends result was a modest phone, which could be improved in different areas.
A new set of the standard has come into view, GFXBench. It is reportedly from Blackberry Hamburg. The specification comprises of a 1080pixels 5.2-inch display, Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor which is clocked at 1.5 GHz along with an Andreno 405 GPU and 3GB RAM. Storage is 16GB, though it may be various alterations. The camera includes a 12MP basic rear and an 8mp front camera. It features an Android version of 6.0.1. No details of the battery are included.
Blackberry has given no official descriptions. Whatever details have been provided is obtained from Dylan Habrik, one of the contributors of Crackberry’s forum and has shown the list of specifications completely based on his experience working on the prototype of Rome.
For the specifications of Rome, it is most likely to have specification similar to Priv. it is expected to have a display that will feature a dual curved edge screen and on the front, it will have a hardware button. It is likely to have an 8MP front snapper. Its price could range up to $500. There are no exact details about the resolution but it is stated as crisp.
It is expected that both the new blackberry Smartphones will sport a metallic body along with punched grill at the top.
