HTC is all set to launch Desire 10 Pro in India
Earlier in September, HTC launched its Desire 10 Lifestyle and HTC Desire 10 Pro smartphone with matte finish bodies and metallic gold contours. During the launch, the company said that the Desire 10 Pro would be available in November. Now it appears that the HTC is all set to launch Desire 10 Pro in India on Thursday as the company has started sending out invites for the upcoming event.
In the invite for the event, the company says that it invites the recipient to the launching of its ‘latest innovation in sound and camera.’ Further, the gold and black outline of the smartphone hints that Desire 10 Pro might be unveiled at the event. To jog your memory, HTC had released the Desire 10 series in India in late September.
HTC Desire 10 comes with a 5.5-inch HD IPS LCD (1080×1920 pixels) display along with Gorilla Glass protection. The handset is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor. HTC offers two storage variants in the Desire 10 Pro, one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage, and another with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage can be further expanded up to 2TB via microSD card.
One of the highlights of the HTC Desire 10 Pro is that it features BoomSound stereo speakers.
Coming to the optics, the device features a 20-megapixel primary camera on the back along with a BSI sensor, laser autofocus, Auto HDS mode, and a f/2.2 aperture. The front snapper of the smartphone comes with a 13-megapixel camera along with a f/2.2 aperture, Auto HDR, and BSI sensor. HTC Desire 10 Pro packs a 3000mAh battery. For connectivity, the smartphone has options including 4G LTE Cat.6, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, NFC, and GPS/A-GPS. The dimension of the device are measured at 156.5x 76×7.86mm and weighs at 165 grammes.
