Lava launched its new budget smartphone Lava A93 on Tuesday. The smartphone, priced at Rs 7,999, has an HD display and 3000 mAh battery. With this price, the smartphone collision will be from Redmi 4, MotoC Plus and the recently launched Infocus Turbo 5. Although the new Lava A93 lacks a large feature 4G VoLTE support.
Dual SIM smartphone runs on Lava A93 Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has a 5.5 inch HD (720 x 1280) display. This smartphone has a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and 2 GB RAM. The phone has 16 GB inbuilt storage; the storage can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. Talking about the design, there is a speaker grill and camera module on the rear of the smartphone. Whereas the antenna line is given above and below the handset. There is a power and volume control button on the right side of the phone.
As far as the camera has concerned, Lava A93 has an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a front camera of 2 megapixels. The other connectivity options that feature in the smartphone are Wi-Fi 802.11 B / G / N, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB 2.0, FM, and 3G. It is a disappointing to know that the Lava A93 is not 4G supportive. This phone has a 3000 mAh battery with dimension 145×72.2×8.85 millimeters and weight of 152 grams.
Lava A93 is priced at Rs 7,999 as according to the specification, but smartphones such as Xiaomi and Motorola are much better regarding design and specification. These companies are also giving 4G VoLTE support at the same price in the phones.
