Moto Z play has been spotted with the latest Android Nougat
Soon after Moto X Play, Moto Z play has been spotted with the latest Android Nougat operating system. According to the recent reports, Motorola is testing the latest software and may official release the same for the handset soon.
The Moto Z Play came to India earlier in October this year with a price tag of Rs. 24,999. The handset sports an aluminium frame and glass back. It comes with a 5.5-inch HD (1080×1920 pixels) Super AMOLED display along with 403 PPI pixel density. The smartphone supports dual-SIM and runs on Android v6.0.1 Marshmallow. It is powered by a 2.0GHz Cortez-A53 octa-core Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 506. The device offers storage capacity of 32GB which can be further expanded up to 256GB.
In terms of the optics, Moto Z Play comes with a 16-megapixel primary camera on the back panel along with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection, dual-LED flash, and laser autofocus. At the front, it houses a 5-megapixel sensor along with f/2.2 aperture, LED flash, and 1.4 um pixel size.
For connectivity Moto Z Play offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/A-GPS, NFC, FM radio, and USB Type-C 1.0. Sensor option on the smartphone includes Fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, proximity, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, audio monitor, compass, and accelerometer. The device is powered by a non-removal Li-lon 3510mAh battery, and the device is available in Black and White colour variant. Further being a device that comes with a modular concept, it features a Moto Mod connector through which a user can connect several Moto Mods. Moto Z Play is just 6.99 mm thick and comes with water resistance coating covering it body. The device comes with Turbo Charging Technology which is rated to charge the phone to last 8 hours in just 15 minutes.
