Looks like Samsung Galaxy Note 7 users complain of crashes with which facing a hard time. There are many forums on the internet full of issues that the users are dealing with the new Samsung flagship device.
Many users have a complaint about the crashing, bricking and boot looping of the new Samsung’s phablet
One of the complaints read “ Anyone else has such issues with their new Note 7? Right out of the box after the update, my device started freezing with weird glitch lines on the screen and restarting by itself, often multiple times before it loads up my lock screen. It also frequently gets into a boot loop and the device gets really hot until I simulate a battery pull with Power+VolDown.”
According to the users on this forum, the problems show up after a few days of normal use. Smartphones start to boot loop in the beginning, and when the users try to start it in Safe mode, the situation gets even worse. Users have also a complaint that the smartphone crashes during Recovery. Additionally, factory resets and deleting the cache also seems to be not working. The complaints are coming from XDA and Android Central; the Samsung authorized shops have also not been able to solve the issues.
Overall the octa-core Exynos processor-based Galaxy Note 7 phablet is facing some worrying issues. Samsung has not mentioned anything about the issue.
The complaint came as a bit of surprise because of the Galaxy Note 7 features premium processor and the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. It also offers 4GB RAM which can easily handle heavy applications.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is the successor of the Galaxy Note 5 which was launched a year before. The successor phablet was unveiled at IFA 2016 earlier this very month and later it was launched in India at Rs. 59,999.
