After the launch of Mi MIX, Xiaomi is tipped to be working on its next flagship, Mi S the rumoured Mi S is expected to come with a 4.6-inch display, Snapdragon 821 chipset with 4GB of RAM.
According to the leaks, Xiaomi Mi S smartphone is currently under process. Thus its authenticity is yet to be verified. However, the Chinese website, Weibo has provided hardware specification of the device.
As we mentioned above the device is expected to carry a 4.6-inch HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. It is said to be powered by Snapdragon 821 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM.
Coming to the optics, Xiaomi Mi S is said to bear a 12-megapixel Sony IMX378 primary camera and a 4-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. The smartphone is expected to be powered by a 2600mAh battery accompanied by quick charge support. The device is tipped to be 8.2mm thick and weigh 138 grams. As for the connectivity, the Mi is said to offer USB Type-C port, NFC, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Further, there are chances that the present Xiaomi Mi S name may be a soubriquet, and later the company decides to change it something else all in all. Therefore, we cannot make a valid conclusion out of this leak, and it is better to wait for the company to announce the event officially.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 smartphone which was launched in August this year is now available in Blue and Black colour variants. Earlier the smartphone was launched with Gold, Silver and Grey colour variants. According to the reports, the new colour variant is only available for 3GB of RM/32GB storage variant and 3GB of RAM/ 64GB of storage variant. However, the smartphone still maintains its old price tag od CNY 999 and CNY 1,199 respectively.
