LeEco India: The Chinese based company Le has sent the media invites in India for the event to be held on 8 June 2016 in New Delhi. Although, the company hasn’t mentioned what the company has in its mind, but it has been anticipated that Le 2 along with its pro version and Le Max will make a debut in India.
LeEco, formerly known as LeTV has gained a brand recognition when it has released its first three devices and now in April, the enterprise has unveiled the second-generation flagship devices in its home country China. And after a month, the company is all set to make its entry in India with three grand handsets- Le 2, Le 2 Pro, Le max.
Talking about the specs of Le 2, the handset comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display and a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels making at a PPI of 403 pixels per inch. The Le 2 runs on Android Marshmallow operating system and is powered by MediaTek Helio X20 processor. The handset is paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage with non-expandable memory. On the camera side, Le 2 packs a 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front facing a camera. To conclude, the handset is packed with a 3000mAh battery.
And, the high version of Le2 i.e. Le 2 Pro will also make an entry in the Indian market. It will resemble almost same features with its standard version except in processor, RAM, and primary camera. The Le 2 Pro is well equipped with 2.3GHz MediaTek Helio X20 processor and 4GB RAM. The primary camera on the rear side sports an unexceptional camera i.e. it features a 21-megapixel camera.
Both the handsets are single SIM phone, which supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, OTG, and 3G networks. And coming to its price, Le 2 and Le 2 Pro was released in China with a price tag of CNY 1,099 (approx Rs. 11,200) and CNY 1,399 (approx Rs. 14,300) respectively.
And, finally, as expected the Le Max 2, current flagship device will also make a grand entry in the Indian smartphone market. The handset sports a 5.70-inch QHD display screen with a resolution of 2560 pixels by 1440 pixels at a PPI of 515 pixels per density. On the photography front, Le Max 2 sports 21-megapixel primary camera and 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The handset is powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and is clocked with 3100mAh battery capacity. The Le Max 2 runs on Android Marshmallow operating system and supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, and 4G (not in India) network connections. On the other hand, it exceptionally sports a Qualcomm Sense ID Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, which is integrated into a bio metric security and also includes an Infrared sensor.
On the storage front, Le max 2 is available in three variants- 4GB RAM/ 32GB storage at CNY 2,099(approx Rs. 21,500), 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage at CNY 2,299 (roughly Rs. 23,500), and 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 25,600).
