LeEco and Coolpad have launched Dubbed Cool Changer 1C

LeEco and Coolpad have launched Dubbed Cool Changer 1C. This is their second joint venture and the smartphone is now up for registration through Coolpad official site and also on LeMall.com and Jd.com. The device is priced at CNY 899 (Rs. 9,000 approximately). The smartphone will be made available for sale from December 6th onwards in China.

The Cool Changer 1C comes with a 5.5-inch HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, along with four cores clocked at 1.2GHz and the other four running at 1.8GHz. It offers 3GB of RAM and comes with an internal storage capacity of 32GB.

The smartphone runs on EUI 5.8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and support dual-SIM (Nano SIM cards). The Cool Changer 1C comes with a 13-megapixel camera along with dual-tone LED flash, 4k video recording, f/2.0 aperture, and PDAF. The device also bundles an 8-megapixel front camera along with 80-degree wide-angle lens and f/2.2 aperture.

The dimensions of LeEco Coolpad’s Cool Changer  1C is measured at 152×74.8×8.2 mm. Connectivity options of the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, USB Type-C, and GPS/ A-GPS. It is powered by a 4060mAh battery as well as support fast charging.

The 5.50-inch Cool1 Dual was the first smartphone under the partnership of LeEco and Coolpad which was launched in August this year. It came with a price tag of CNY 1,099 and was powered by octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor along with a RAM of 3GB. LeEco turned out to be the largest shareholder in the Chinese tech company Coolpad along with a total of 28.9 percent share in its bag.

LeEco is a tech company that manufactures smartphones, set-top boxes, smart TVs, and entertainment platforms. It became one of the Chinese manufacturers arrive on Indian lands after it announced its debut in 2015.
