Lyf Water 10 Launched at Rs. 8,699 With Reliance Jio SIM Offer, 3GB of RAM
Soon after releasing the Lyf Flame 7 and Wind 7, Reliance Retail’s Lyf brand now had unveiled a smartphone in its water series- the Water 10. At the company’s site, the smartphone is priced at Rs. 8,699. The smartphones are soon to be available in offline stores like Reliance Digital and Digital Express. As of now, the handset will be available in Black color variant.
Resembling other Lyf-branded smartphones, the new Water 10 also features Reliance Jio SIM along with Jio Preview offer that provides three months of unlimited data, talk time, SMS and access to JioOnDemand.
The Water 10 handset supports 4G LTE band- FDD-LTE Band (1800MHz) and TDD-LTE Band 40 (2300MHz). It also supports VoLTE along with HD voice calling compatibility.
The Lyf Water 10 is a dual-SIM smartphone which features a 5-inch HD IPS LCD display that offers 720*1280 pixels resolution. The handset comes with Dongux Glass as well. Water 10 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. The site confirms that both the SIM slots are 4G facilitated, however only one SIM at a time provide 4G and other will work on 2G. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6753 SoC paired with RAM of 3GB. It has 16GB onboard storage capacity along with expandable option via MicroSD card up to 64GB. The handset features a 13-megapixes rear camera with autofocus and dual-tone LED flash. For front snapper, it has a 5-megapixel selfie shooter.
Camera feature on Water Lyf 10 includes face detection, video snapshot, auto scene detection, gesture capture, and smile shot. Apart from 4G for connectivity, it has 3G, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB port and Wi-Fi. The handset also supports LTE Cat 4.
The dimension of the device is measured at 146.5*75*8.5mm, and it weighs 142 grams. The smartphone packs a 2300mAh battery which the company claims provides 7 hours of talk time and 150 hours of standby in 4G network
