Lava X50 Plus announced – Lava’s another budgeted device
Following the launch of Lava A97 smartphone, Lava x50 Plus announced by the Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava. It is another budgeted device in the market. The Lava X50 Plus is an updated model of the Lava X50 that was launched in July and came with a price tag Rs. 9,199.
The smartphone has been listed on the company’s official website. However, no official announcement has been made by the company on the device’s availability. The smartphone comes with a similar design as its predecessor, Lava X 50 and the only notable difference between the two handsets is the increased internal storage and VoLTE support feature. Moreover, the Lava X50 Plus smartphone comes with new features such as time-lapse videos, and many several gesture shortcuts like ‘flip to mute’, ‘swipe to capture’ etc. The device supports 12 Indian languages and also features a ‘ one hand mode’ that diminishes the display screen size to be able to navigate with one hand.
The Lava X50 Plus pulls on a metallic body along with curved edges at the back. On the right edge is the usual power and volume buttons, and the navigation key is housed at the bottom. The previous variant of the smartphone Lava X50 was priced at Rs. 8,699
Coming to the specifications of Lava X50 Plus, the smartphone comes with an 8-megapixel primary camera at the back along with autofocus, 1080p video support, and LED flash. The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and supports dual-SIM card.
Lava X50 Plus smartphone is packed with a 2800mAh battery . for connectivity the smartphone offers Wi-Fi, 4G VoLTE, GPS, and 3.5mm audio jack. The device will be made available in Blue and White-Gold colour variants. The dimensions of the handset are measured at 155×71.8×8.9mm, and it weighs 158 grams.
