Apple is all set to launch new MacBook series
After a lot of speculations, finally the tech giant, Apple is all set to launch new MacBook series on 27th October at 10 AM PDT (10:30 AM IST). The company on its website has invited the fans to join on the live stream of the event.
As expected Apple has not put any details of what it plans to unveil at the event. However, after the launch of this year’s new iPhone back in September, this could be the much-awaited new MacBook variant.
A reliable Chinese supplier revealed that Apple indeed is all set to launch its new lineup of MacBook Pros and a latest MacBook Air by the end of this month.
According to the rumors, Apple might announce a new version of both MacBook Air and MacBook Pro series. And we may see some new hardware in the upcoming Mac lineup as well. As the Mac lineup got refreshed a few years ago, we can’t expect a new design, but an upgraded hardware is sure on its way.
Where the MacBook Pros are expected to sport a 13-inch and 15-inch models, there are rumors that MacBook Air will arrive in an 11-ich model. The 13-inch MacBook Air variant may see a complete redesigning.

Other details suggest that the upcoming MacBooks will be ditching the standard USB port and instead will feature the USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 3 standard support. As the USB C-Port will be used for charging, so it is time to bid farewell to the MagSafe connector. The reports have it that the upcoming MacBook Pro lineup will feature Touch ID and an OLED touch board placed over the keyboard.
However, to know for sure what Apple has in its store for us this time, we will have to wait for the official event on 27th October.
