LG unveiled four new LG K-series smartphones

Prior to CES 2017 trade show in Las Vegas, LG unveiled four new LG K-series smartphones and the stylus 3. The company says that the new 2017 models of LG K3, K4, K8, and K10 smartphones and the new Stylus  3 will reinforce its mid-range segment line up. All these new smartphones will be showcased at te upcoming CES 2017 event.

According to the company, the LG K-series smartphones come with features including a 120-degree wide-angle front camera lens and a fingerprint scanner housed at the back panel. Further, the new K-series smartphones have been designed keeping in mind the diverse needs of the consumers. The company reassured that the devices would be soon available in the market.

Starting with the specifications of LG K3, the device comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It offers 8GB of internal storage capacity which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. The device runs on Android 6.00 Marshmallow-based LGK and bears a 5-megapixel primary camera along with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front snapper. The dimensions of the device are measured at 133.9×69.7×9.4mm, and it weighs 132 grams. For connectivity K3 offers 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, and Micro-USB. The smartphone is powered by a 2100mAh battery.

The LG K4 comes with a 5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) display. The device is powered by the same processor as the LG K3 did. The device is packed with 1GB of LPDDR3 RAM and internal storage capacity of 8GB which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It bears a 5-megapixel front and back camera. The K4 runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and is powered by a 2500mAh battery. The dimensions of the smartphone are measured at 144.7×72.6×7.9mm, and it weighs at 135 grams. For connectivity, the device offers 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth 4.1, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Micro-USB.

The LG K8 comes with a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm 425 MSM8917 processor paired with 1.5GB of LPDDR. The device offers an internal storage capacity of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB. It bears a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel front snapper. It is powered by a 2500mAh battery and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. The dimensions of the device are measured at 144.8×72.1×8.09mm and it weighs at 142 grams.

The LG K10 comes with a 5.3-inch (720×12280 pixels) display and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor paired with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and will offer two storage variants- 16GB and 32GB model. The expandability option would be up to 2TB via microSD card slot. It comes with a 13-megapixel primary camera and 5-megapixel front snapper and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. For expandability, the device carries 4G LTE, 3G. And GPRS/EDGE. The dimensions of the smartphone are measured at 148.7×75.3×7.9mm and It weighs at 142 grams. It is powered by a 2800mAh battery.

At last, the LG Stylus 3 sports a 5.7-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display and is powered b the same process as the LG 10 and comes with a 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The storage can be expandable up to 2TB via microSD card. It bears a 13-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel front shooter. The device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat is powered by a 3200mAh battery. It comes with stylus pen and 4G LTE connectivity.
