Micromax Unite 4 Plus Launched at Rs. 7999
Micromax announced another smartphone in its Canvas Unite series, the Unite 4 Plus on Friday. The device is priced at Rs. 7,999. The new Canvas Unite 4 Plus comes in Champagne, Grey, and Silver color variants. Micromax Unite 4 Plus Launched has a system-wide support which has 12 Indian languages along with Indus OS 2.0, and it also supports other language and translation applications like Indus Swipe, a Text-to-Speech, the App Bazaar’s regional language market, and a hybrid keyboard.
One of the other highlighted features of the new phone is the fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button. It runs on an Android 6.0 Marshmallow, with dual-SIM (nano). Micromax Unite 4 Plus is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor, which is paired with a RAM of 2GB.

It features a 5-inch fell HD IPS display with the resolution of 720 * 1280 pixels.
The Micromax Unite 4 Plus features an 8-MP primary camera along with a flash, and for the front camera, it has a 5-MP snapper. The smartphones come with an internal storage capacity of 16GB and offers an expandable option via microSD card up to 64GB.
For connectivity, it has options including 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi, FM radio, GPS, Micro-USB and 3.5 mm audio jack. Whereas the sensor options are an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and an accelerometer.
In an emailed declaration Micromax said that the recently restored Indus OS offers language support for Urdu and Assamese. Other offering includes the Indus keyboard coupled with its hybrid keyboard that allows the users to type in English and regional languages in a mix. Along with this the new Indus OS also offers multi-lingual word predictions, Indus Swipe, Indus Reader, and Text-to-Speech.
Micromax is also flaunting the regional language app marketplace the App Bazaar and Indus language service.
