Motorola has launched Moto M smartphone in the Indian market
Motorola has launched Moto M smartphone in the Indian market, and the smartphone will be exclusively available via Flipkart. The smartphone has been launched in two RAM ad storage variant, one with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage capacity and other with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage capacity. The former cost Rs. 15,999 and the later one comes with a price tag of 17,999.
Motorola’s Moto M will go on sale on 14th December at 11:59. Lenovo is also offering the discount of Rs. 1,000 on Citibank and Rs. 2000 off on the exchange of an old handset. In addition, the company is also offering a Rs. 1,000 discount on the Moto Pulse 2 earphones.
The Moto M comes with an all-metal body and antenna bands running on top and bottom edges at the back. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and sports a 5.5-inch HD 2.5D IPS (1080×1920 pixels) display with a 401ppi pixel density. It is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek Helio P15 processor clocked at 2.2GHz paired with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM. As mentioned above the smartphone comes in two storage variants which also supports expandability up to 128GB via microSD card. The dual-SIM smartphone supports hybrid SIM slot which means it supports a micro-SIM or microSD card in the second card slot.
In terms of the optics of the upcoming Moto M, it comes with a 16-megapixel primary camera o the back along with dual-LED flash, PDAF support, and a f/2.0 aperture. It also has an 8megapixel front camera. The device is packed with a 3050mAh battery which also supports fast charging. Similar to several Moto brand smartphones, Moto M also features proof design or nano coating which means it can stand light rain splashes. The handset connectivity option that includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 4G with VoLTE, GPS/A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth v4.1, and USB Type-C.
