Xiaomi Mi Note 2’s dual-edge display panel

The leaked pictures of Mi Note 2 give the idea that the front of the phone may look similar to the Samsung’s Galaxy S7 Edge. Not only the device has a dual curved display, but it is also expected to a flat screen model. As per the reports, the dual curved display will feature Quad HD resolution while the flat screen display will have a QHD resolution. The images further show that the Mi Note 2 may feature home button on the front which where the company is planning to implant the fingerprint scanner. Much like other Mi branded handsets you can see the branding on the front at top left corner. The image was posted by a squealer and was first marked by Phone radar.
A latest leak alleged that the smartphone might release in two variants; one with 6GB RAM and 64 GB storage capacity which may be priced at CNY 2,499(25,000 approximately) other with 128GB storage capacity which may be priced at CNY 2,799 (28,000 Rs approximately). Other features of the Mi Note 2 that are rumored so far are AMOLED display, 3600mAh battery, Snapdragon 821 SoC, metal body, and fingerprint scanner.
Apparently, this Chinese company is also said to be working on the fourth generation Redmi phone and hailed as Redmi 4. The device is expected to be released on August 25th. According to the reports, the Redmi 4 will come with a 3GB RAM and onboard storage of 32GB. The smartphone is supposed to cost CNY 699 (7,000 Rs approximately). Some features of the phone include a metal body, 5-inch HD display, 4100mAh battery supported with fast charging and fingerprint scanner.
