Xiaomi will release the Mi 5X, another variation for its successful Mi 5 cell phone after the Xiaomi Mi 5c, on July 26. The cell phone was leaked recently in the mass of promotional images, revealing its design, features, and specifications in abundance. Presently, the Xiaomi has declared that the Xiaomi Mi 5X will be revealed at an occasion scheduled to be held in China. In addition, the cell phone will come along with Android 7.0 Nougat-based MIUI 9, which was earlier confirmed by the organization to be launched before August 16.

The Xiaomi Mi 5X will be revealed on July 26, as per a teaser posted by Xiaomi on its Weibo account. The teaser contains a picture indicating performing artist Kris Wu holding the device that has a double back camera setup alongside a double LED flash module, and at the inside sits the fingerprint scanner. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 accompanies a massive 6.44-inch full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) display, 5300 mAh battery, and 4GB RAM, and is the successor of the Mi Max that was released a year ago. The Mi Max 2’s back camera is a 12-megapixel Sony IMX386 sensor with PDAF and doubles LED flash. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel camera. The inbuilt storage is expandable by use of microSD card (up to 128GB). Other connectivity alternatives include 4G VoLTE, dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/c, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.2, infrared, a 3.5mm sound jack, and a USB Type-C port.
