HP Chromebook 11 G5 launched
HP introduced it new affordable Chromebook 11 G5 which will be available online from July and the retailers will start selling it from October. So HP Chromebook 11 G5 launched finally. The laptop is priced starting at $189 which is around Rs 12,800. HP Chromebook 11 G5 with Chrome OS interface launched is an eventual support for Android apps on the laptop. Google Play support will be given to the long list of Chromebook users which Google itself made but the company also mentioned that all the latest devices will get to use the Android applications while using Android apps on the Chromebook there will be variants which even supports touchscreen for added usability.
The Chromebook has two choices for the display first is 11.6-inch HD display with IPS touchscreen and Gorilla glass protection and the other one is 11.6-inch HD display with anti-glare standard screen. The Chromebook is powered by the Intel Celeron N3060 processor. The webcam of this Chromebook is up to 720p resolution.The Chromebook will have either 2GB or 4GB of RAM. the storage options will be either 16GB or 32GB.
The touchscreen variant weighs around 2.51kgs while the model weighs around 2.61 kgs. The Chromebook’s touchscreen variants last for about 11 hours on a single charge while the standard model of this Chromebook lasts around 12 hours 30 minutes on a single charge. Both the laptops will have two USB options and a headphone jack.
HP also claims that the Chromebook was made for the education of students. It was the prime motive for HP to launch this Chromebook. Students who use the Chromebook also gave their feedbacks on it and the company tried to incorporate the new offering in it. HP Chrome OS lineup also includes Chromebook 11, Chromebook 11 EE, Chromebook 14 and Chromebook 13.
The new Chromebook will soon be launched and will be ready for sale in the market and on the online websites.
