HTC  is tipped to launch a mid-range smartphone in January next year

HTC is tipped to launch a mid-range smartphone in January next year, which is expected to replace the HTC One X9. Featuring the HTC One X10 name, the new HTC device will imitate a lot of specifications from the previous version One X9. According to a report, the HTC One X10 will allegedly cost around CNY 2,000  and will be unveiled in China. Meanwhile, rumours regarding the company’s next flagship might be called the HTC 11 has also surfaced the internet.

According to the reports, the HTC One X10 will come with specifications similar to a mid-range device. It is expected to feature a 5.5-inch HD (1080×1920) display. It is tipped to be powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. Coming to the graphics, the device might come with a Mali-T860 GPU clocked at 700MHz. The smartphone is said to bear a 13-megapixel primary camera along with OIS.

Another rumour indicates that the upcoming HTC flagship is said to be named HTC 11. As per the tipster, the rumoured HTC 11 will come with a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display and run on Android 7.0 Nougat modified with HTC’s Sense 8UI. The smartphone is tipped to feature a dual-camera setup with the 12-megapixel sensor on the back panel, while at the front the device is tipped to house an 8-megapixel snapper.

The HTC is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 CPU paired with Adreno 540 GPU  for graphic performance. The device is expected to come with an 8GB of RAM and an internal storage capacity of 256GB. The smartphone is expected to be powered by a 3700mAh battery. As per the leaks, the HTC 11 is tipped to launch sometime in 2017 and might be priced at $691.
