Apple denies 29% Price Hike of iPhone 6, 6S in India

Apple, a multinational technology company which is well known for producing the phones for upmarket, has increased the smiling faces among the people of India, who were willing to buy the expensive and classy iPhone6, iPhone6Plus and iPhone5S. As in earlier reports, the news was rumored that the company is going to increase the price of these three particular phones in the compensation of iPhoneSE. But all these reports are now being faded away and flushed out.

According to the report released by the Times of India, Apple had recently convened the meeting with top executives and key distributors of India. The conference was to focus on the crisis of iPhoneSE sales. “The stock of SE was in any case kept at a low level. A strategy is being worked out to pitch the device more efficiently,” according to a source. The company is focusing on the sales of iPhoneSE and working on to provide offers to the consumers.

Initially, it was supposed that the price of iPhone6 will hike to Rs 40,000 from Rs. 31000; iPhone6 Plus to Rs 48,000 from Rs 40,500 and iPhone5S to be at Rs 22,000.

As said earlier, hiking price is irrelevant, and if you go by the Apple India Website, you’ll find that there is no change in the price of its device.

The iPhoneSE, which was released in March 2016, comes with a 4.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 640 pixels by 1136 pixels. It is powered by the A9 processor and coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The phone measures 123.80 x 58.60 x 7.66 mm and weighs 113 gm.
