Images of the Moto G5 and Moto G5 plus have cropped out on the internet
Until now we didn’t know much about the upcoming Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus. However, some recent images of the Moto G5 and Moto G5 plus have cropped out on the internet.
The images and specifications of the smartphone were leaked online in the form of screenshots. The front images of both the smartphones are not clear enough to insinuate a notable difference from their fourth-gen counterparts. According to the images, the Moto G5 Plus will house a fingerprint scanner on the front while the Moto G5 will not be featuring the sensor.
Coming to the specifications, the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus looks identical apart from the fact that G5 will bear a 13-megapixel primary camera on the other had G5 Plus will be featuring a 16-megapixel rear camera. Other than that, Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus will have a 5.5-inch HD display, an octa-core processor, and 5-megapixel front snapper.
Moreover, the Moto 5 G and Moto G5 Plus will be coming with 16GB storage, but the Moto G5 will get a 32GB variant option as well. The images also revealed that both the smartphone might come with the Turbo Charging feature.
Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus is tipped to run on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-box. Moto G4 and Moto G4 got the Android Nougat out-of-the-box update in October. In the meantime, the Android 7.1.1 update has also been rolling out on a couple of Android One users and Nexus, and Pixel is expected to roll out in the near future.
Coming to the topic at hand, the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus images that have been leaked cannot be verified by a reliable source and there it is best to wait for further confirmation before drawing any conclusion. At the leak also suggest the release date for the devices is expected to be March 8th.
