Recently Apple has been receiving quite a few user complaints on its product forum, and now iPhone users are reporting another complaint. Several users claim that the iPhone app keeps freezing intermittently and the users are experiencing great difficulties in taking or making calls.
While the issue appears to be more prominent among the iPhone 7 users, some iPhone 6s and iPhone 5s users have also been reporting the same issue. According to the complaints, the app keeps freezing and neither a soft or factory reset is helping with the issue.

The users also indicate that the phone app breaks down mostly when they are in Phone app settings or recent call and sometimes even they are on an ongoing call over Bluetooth headsets. While Apple has not addressed this issue yet, the users sure hope that the company will find a solution with the commercial release of iOS 10.2.
Apple recently rolled out a statement regarding the ‘battery gate’ issue, where several users were filing complaints saying that they are experiencing battery issued in their iPhones. They reports claimed that their device keeps shutting down abruptly even when they have sufficient battery life left. Apple offered a replacement program for the iPhone 6s users exclusively even when the complaint was reported from all the models. In its statement, Apple firmly stated that the issue is only in selected number of iPhone 6s models which were manufactured in September and October.
