Nextbit Robin Cloud-Based Smartphone
Nextbit is the makers of the cloud-based smartphone robin. It has announced that it has reduced the price of its handset globally. The Nextbit Robin Cloud-Based Smartphone will be available at $299 which is around RS 25,000 regardless of the location.
In a post the company announced the permanent price cut of this phone and also included that the price will include the shipping charges. The company claimed that they did not think it was fair that only fans in India and the US get to purchase this smartphone at a high price. So they lowered the price for everyone who wants to buy this phone.
This smartphone was unveiled last year and was priced at $399 which is around RS 26,400. The phone was launched in India last month and is priced at RS 19,999. It was exclusively available on Flipkart.
The specifications of this smartphone sport a decent hardware at its price. It has a limited storage with the cloud-based storage. Its unique feature is that it can automatically back up photos and other data which haven’t been used recently to the cloud and free the space from the device.

It has a 5.2-inch full HD display and is powered by Qualcomm’s hexacore Snapdragon 808 processor. It coupled with a 3GB of RAM. It has 32GB inbuilt storage which is non-expandable. The smartphone comes with 100GB of free cloud storage which covers up its non-expandable feature. It also has a fingerprint scanner.
Nextbit Robin has a 13-megapixel rear facing camera and a 5-megapixel front- facing the camera. It sports a 2680 mAh battery. It supports connectivity options like Bluetooth, LTE, 3G, WIFI and USB port. The device is on Android Marshmallow 6.0
Nextbit Robin comes in two variants. The first one is mint and the second is midnight. Both are different and unique colors. It has a beautiful design. It is now available at lower prices than before.
