South Korean company LG has launched three smartphones on Tuesday at an event in Poland – LG Q6 +, Q6 and Q6A. These three are the variants of the same smartphone. LG Q6+, LG Q6, and LG Q6A have similar designs. These three smartphones run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. The colors in which LG Q6 smartphone is available are Astro Black and Ice Platinum. While LG Q6+ will additionally be available in Marine Blue color and the Q6 will come in Terra Gold and Mystic White colors as well.
They have a 5.5-inch full vision IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with the resolutions of 1080 x 2160 pixels (~442 PPI pixel density). The dimensions of the device are 142.5 x 69.3 x 8.1 mm with the weight of 149 g. The smartphone has Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435 processor, Octa-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Adreno 505 GPU. LG Q6+ includes 4 GB RAM, 3GB of RAM in Q6 and 2 GB RAM in Q6A. Talking about storage, LG Q6+ features 64 GB inbuilt storage while Q6 has 32 GB and 16GB inbuilt storage in Q6A.
As far as the camera is concern, these three variants have a 13-megapixel rear camera. On the front side, there is a 5-megapixel camera. The other connectivity options which are featured in these smartphones are 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 B / G / N, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, FM radio and USB Type-B 2.0. The battery of these devices is 3000 mAh.
The company has mentioned ‘affordable price, ‘ but its prices have not been announced. LG says that LG Q6 will be available for sale in Asia’s main markets from the next few months followed by Europe, Latin America, and North America.
