Samsung has allegedly found the reason behind the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Explosion
After a long and racking investigation, Samsung has allegedly found the reason behind the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Explosion. The company has ended its investigation and has submitted its findings to the Korea Testing Laboratory, UL (an American safety organisation), and other regulatory organisations.
The investor revealed that the South Korean company has concluded its internal findings and reported its discoveries to outside laboratories. The discoveries have not been made public yet, nor the media has gotten hold of it so far. The reports have been due for quite some time now. Moreover, the main reason for taking off Galaxy Note 7 from the market was that the company was unable to find the real reason behind the explosion.
According to third party investigator, the reason behind the explosion was cramming too many features into a small structure that put a lot of pressure on the battery. The recalled the Galaxy Note 7 units from the market because of an inexplicable explosion while on the charge. There were many dangerous cases of these explosions as well, such as a jeep set on fire, and a man who has to pay a huge hotel bill because his Note 7 suddenly exploded in the room causing damages.
Samsung launched Galaxy Note 7 this year to ward off iPhone 7 competition, but the plan backfired, and the company spent rest of its year making reparations
Regardless, Samsung is looking forward to compensating for the damage by launching Galaxy S8 with unique features. The device is scheduled to launch in February 2017. Allegedly Samsung is going to drop the 3.5mm audio jack and the Home Button in this next flagship. The device is expected to come with selfie camera that can auto-focus. Moreover, it is tipped to come with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.
